Job Overview:
As a Warehouse & Sales Assistant, you will be involved in multiple aspects of day-to-day operations—from assisting customers in the showroom to managing inventory, fulfilling orders, packing gifts and hampers, and ensuring smooth dispatch and delivery processes. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom & Sales Support

• Assist walk-in clients with product queries and gift selection
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing showroom
• Process sales and coordinate with the billing team for invoicing
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up as needed

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock
• Organize and maintain product inventory efficiently
• Track stock levels and report shortages or surpluses
• Handle stock movement between warehouse and showroom

Packing & Fulfilment

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and neatly
• Gift-wrap individual products and assemble hampers with care
• Ensure timely and secure packaging and labeling for deliveries
• Occasionally assist with delivering orders, as required

Other Duties

• Coordinate with the logistics team and vendors for timely shipments
• Support in warehouse cleanliness, shelf labeling, and stock rotation
• Help during exhibitions or promotional events if needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail, warehousing, or customer-facing roles (gifting industry is a plus)
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and order processing and knowledge of MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A flair for neatness, creativity, and attention to detail in packing
• Willingness to pitch in with various tasks and learn on the go
• Physically fit and comfortable handling light to moderate lifting
• Ability to use basic digital tools or apps for tracking stock/orders

Work Hours:
11 AM to 8 PM(Some flexibility required during busy gifting seasons)
