Were looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. Youll be responsible for planning and executing high-performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and automation tools like Zapier to generate quality leads and optimize cost per lead (CPL).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Build landing page flows that drive conversion and reduce bounce rate.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and dev teams for performance assets and A/B testing.
• Track, report, and analyze key metrics including leads/month, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
• Automate campaign data flows using tools like Zapier, CRM integrations, and Sheets.
• Monitor ad compliance, keyword trends, and account health regularly.
• Assist in media planning and scaling budgets for growth.

Must-Have Skills:

• 46 years hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads (Lead + Awareness campaigns)
• Strong analytical skills; ability to optimize campaigns based on data
• Good understanding of lead funnels, retargeting, and budget allocation
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, CRM workflows, or lead connectors
• Familiarity with healthcare/clinic-based ad policies is a plus

Preferred Tools:

Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Zapier, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Any CRM tool.
