Note *** Graduation is mandatory (15 years Graduation mandatory: Complete computer background for e.g.: BE, B Tech, BSc Computer science, BSc Computers, BCA, B Com Computers )

Role & responsibilities

Should have Good in English communication with one Native Language
( Tamil , Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam)
.
Handling customers queries and requests for the services.(Inbound calls)
Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
Rotational day shift (Any 9 hours)
6 days working (1 day rotational week off)
Salary 2 LPA to 3 LPA + Relocation Bonus 5000/- on Completion of 30 days
