This role involves managing and executing social media strategies that increase engagement, build trust with investors, and drive qualified leads. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing and business objectives. Create, curate, and manage published content (text, images, videos, infographics) that simplifies complex financial concepts for varied audience segments. Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Run social media ad campaigns targeting relevant investor profiles (retail, HNIs, institutions). Stay updated on financial markets and trends to create timely, relevant content. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all content adheres to SEBI and regulatory guidelines. Respond to queries, comments, and mentions in a professional and timely manner. Work closely with content writers, designers, and external agencies.
