About the Role : As an Associate Manager / Manager – Website Operations, you will provide technical and strategic guidance to team members and their supervisors in alignment with the customer’s expectations and requirements. You will be responsible for overseeing the operational progress, responsible for optimizing team performance, implementing efficient workflows, maintaining high standards of quality, SLA adherence and client satisfaction.
