Job Title: VMC Setter cum Programmer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced VMC Setter cum Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VMC setting and programming, with strong knowledge of CNC machines and tooling. Fanuc experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and program VMC machines for efficient production
- Prepare and edit CNC programs for machining operations
- Ensure accurate and precise machining of components
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
- Collaborate with production team to optimize production processes
- Maintain and update programming documentation
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in VMC setting and programming
- Fanuc experience mandatory
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines and tooling
- Proficiency in programming languages
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
