Job Requirements: • Skilled in operating VMC machines • Able to read engineering drawings and tool paths • Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code • Should know program loading, tool setting, and offset entry • Must have knowledge of workpiece alignment, job referencing, and tool setting using dial indicators and edge finders • Experience with maintaining part dimensions as per drawing tolerances using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Dial Gauge • Should handle tool wear and replace inserts when required • Responsible for maintaining component sizes during production Additional Information: • Regular working hours: 8 hours per day • Total duty hours: 10 hours (including breaks) • Overtime will be paid separately •
