Senior Client Services Manager (Real Estate Background - Mandatory) Gender - Female preferred. Work Location:- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Work culture- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off. Work mode- Work from home for the 1 st month from home then work from the office near Okhla Salary - Open to the talks & discussion depending upon your experience, resume and candidate. Years of Experience :- 3 -7 years working in any good advertising agency , which has real estate clients. Or must have worked in the marketing division of reputed real estate company Qualification:- BCOM / MBA ( MARKETING ) preferred / BMM graduate, well versed with latest trends in media and communications, real estate advertising, and having the skill to decode briefs into an idea and get works done with fellow team members We already have few real estate clients in Lucknow and are working on many iconic real estate projects . For the current clients on board we do the following works - strategy, creative designs for ad campaigns, print ads, outdoor, digital, brochures, event related designs, social media content planning and creatives / reels , radio scripts, ad films and videos, etc The senior client servicing appointed in Lucknow will be the single point of contact between the clients in Lucknow and our creative / strategy department based in Mumbai to get the works done. The candidate should have the ability to plan , execute and oversee the overall brand and real estate projects creative works at large . Being the local face and the representation of our agency in Lucknow, the candidate is expected to take care of all the active and proactive works of the current clients on board and also help us in getting new clients on board by actively participating in business development works specially in the real estate sector. Ideally, you should have 3-7 years of experience in working with real estate clients in a reputable advertising agency or in the marketing division of a well-known real estate company. A degree in BCOM/MBA (Marketing) or a BMM graduate is preferred, along with a strong understanding of the latest trends in media, communications, and real estate advertising. Your ability to decode briefs into innovative ideas and collaborate effectively with team members will be crucial for success in this role. Your duties will include developing strategies, creating ad campaigns, designing print ads, outdoor advertising, brochures, and social media content, as well as crafting radio scripts, ad films, and videos. You will be the local representation of our agency in Lucknow, responsible for managing existing client projects while actively participating in business development activities to onboard new clients in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your role will require you to work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide creative solutions, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. The position offers a full-time opportunity with the flexibility to work remotely for the first month before transitioning to an office near Okhla.
