Visual Content Editor

As a Full-Time Visual Content Editor in Chennai (On-Site), you will be an integral part of one of India's most exciting creator-led wellness + content hubs. Working directly with the team, your responsibilities will include editing YouTube videos (long form + Shorts), creating Instagram Reels in beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle categories, handling logged multicam footage for clean and fast-paced edits, designing thumbnails, carousels, and BTS content, as well as supporting basic packaging visual mockups, label layout, and pitch decks. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects as primary tools, along with FCP, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (for mobile + colour), Photoshop, Figma, or Illustrator for design purposes. Your skills should encompass creating clean transitions, minimal text animations, and exporting different versions, along with basic audio mixing, subtitles, and ensuring aesthetic timing in your edits. Moreover, having a strong showreel and carousel/design portfolio, the ability to support packaging layout with PDF/AI knowledge, understanding trending edits, fonts, and Gen Z visual moodboards, and demonstrating proficiency in organizing files, folders, and versions are highly valued qualities for this position. This full-time role is based in Chennai at Sakshi Studios with an immediate start date as the content calendar is set to go live next week.
