We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant - Finance to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of finance modules in Ramco and Infor ERP. The Consultant will provide expertise in financial processes, accounting, and reporting, and will be a trusted advisor to the CFO, Finance team and Management. The Consultant will lead the implementation of ERP Finance modules, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The role will provide support for data validation, business process testing and defect resolution during data migration and implementation. The Consultant will also provide training and ongoing support to ensure business users are proficient in using the new system. Key Responsibilities: Finance Process Design & Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and finance leadership on ERP-driven financial transformation. Analyze and optimize core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Budgeting, and Reporting. Ensure ERP design supports statutory compliance, audit readiness, and corporate policies. Design and Configuration : Lead the end-to-end implementation of finance modules in RAMCO and Infor LN ERP platforms. Define AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, and ensure system alignment with finance operations. Coordinate with technical teams for configuration of finance modules, including item/inventory valuations, fixed assets, chart of accounts (COA) structure and dimensions, costing methodology, group hierarchy etc. Documentation & Testing: Develop functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and training materials. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), issue resolution, and ensure sign-off by finance stakeholders. Training & Change Management: Conduct workshops and hands-on training for finance users. Drive change adoption and continuous improvement through post-go-live support. Governance & Reporting: Ensure all financial configurations are auditable, compliant, and aligned with internal controls. Support real-time and period-end financial reporting, consolidations, and BI integrations. Migration : Oversee the migration of financial data into the RAMCO and Infor ERP system, ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the process. Integration : Facilitate the integration of the Infor and Ramco ERP system with existing financial applications and databases to enable seamless data flow and reporting. Training : Develop and conduct specialized training sessions tailored to our specific business processes, ensuring that business users are proficient in using the new system. Ongoing Support : Provide continuous support and guidance post-implementation, addressing any questions or issues that arise to ensure smooth operations. Best Practices : Stay updated on industry best practices and Infor enhancements, recommending improvements to optimize the ERP system’s financial processes. KRAs and KPIs: 1. System Administration and Configuration: • KPI: Implementation milestones completed on schedule > 95% • KPI: Requirements fulfillment > 95% 2. Change Management & Training: • KPI: User Adoption Rate Post Go-Live > 90% • KPI: Training completion for internal users > 95% 3. Governance and Best Practices: • KPI: Identification of automation opporunities in report generation and other processes. • KPI: Best practice enhancements proposed on a quarterly basis 4. User Support and Training: • KPI: Average Ticket Resolution Time < 1 Day • KPI: Critical issues resolved in 4 hours. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or ERP certifications preferred 5–8 years of experience in ERP finance functional consulting Proven expertise in RAMCO and/or Infor LN ERP platforms Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, tax compliance, and audit processes Should be well versed with Financial Closing activities – Month closing and Year closing. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Finance & Accounting ERP Specialist to manage and optimize our financial systems, with a strong focus on ERP implementation and IFRS compliance . This role serves as a critical link between the Finance and IT departments, ensuring financial data is accurately processed and reported in line with global accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: ERP Management & Implementation Lead or support ERP implementation and enhancement projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite). Configure financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) in alignment with business and accounting processes. Conduct UAT, develop training materials, and provide user support during and post-implementation. Financial Reporting & Accounting Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in the ERP system. Support monthly and year-end close processes. Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS and internal controls. IFRS Compliance Interpret and apply IFRS standards to business activities. Monitor changes in IFRS and update ERP configurations accordingly. Collaborate with auditors and finance teams to ensure accurate financial disclosures. Process Improvement & Automation Identify process gaps and drive ERP-based solutions to enhance efficiency. Automate financial reporting and reconciliation processes. Support ongoing improvements in finance operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) preferred. 3–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance with ERP exposure. Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in at least one ERP platform (SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
