Job Description : Monitor and identify relevant tenders through GeM, e-procurement portals, and utility/government agency websites. Evaluate tender documents and RFPs/RFQs to assess technical and commercial feasibility. Manage the entire GeM bidding cycle, including product listing, catalogue management, bid participation, and order fulfilment. Experience working with DISCOMs, Power Grid Corporation or similar utility bodies will be an added advantage. Sending of samples for type testing/lot acceptance testing to various labs such as CPRI/ERDA/ERTL. Involve in Inspections by Government officers. Desired Functional Knowledge & Skills: 3+ years of relevant experience in tendering, specifically within GeM portal and e-procurement sites. Familiarity with utility sector procurement processes and grid-based project requirements. Strong knowledge of tender norms, bid formats, statutory compliance, and government procurement policies. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good in Hindi language.
