Job Title: Senior Manager/ Manager – Quality Assurance (QA) Department: Quality Assurance Location: Dewas (M.P) Reporting To: Operations Head / Director Role Summary: The QA Head will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong quality assurance systems and processes to ensure that all products meet regulatory, company, and customer standards. The role involves overseeing raw material inspection, in-process quality control, finished goods evaluation, and compliance with food safety standards in a Soya processing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team across the manufacturing unit. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, and other food safety standards. Monitor quality control procedures for raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods. Develop and implement SOPs for quality checks and documentation. Manage audits—internal, external (regulatory), and customer audits—and ensure timely closure of NCs (non-conformities). Handle customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
