Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, etc.). Support content creation for blogs, social media, and newsletters. Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO strategies. Help manage and schedule posts across social media platforms. Collaborate with the team to optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Assist in tracking performance metrics and preparing reports. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing). Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Additional Important Points: Service Agreement [Duration] To ensure a mutual agreement towards learning and growth, all selected candidates will be required to sign a service agreement of 30 months. Service Agreement [Clarity] This step reflects your commitment to the organization for the next 30 months. To formalize this, we’ll request a cheque of Rs. 2 lakh, held as a formality and a symbolic commitment. We will not ask to deposit any amount or maintain any account balance. This cheque will be securely held for the duration of the agreement and returned upon completion of the tenure.
