To summarize, be the Head of Steel Plant vertical. Preferred candidate profile Should be able to identify such products, which are feasible to execute through the existing/expanded infrastructure of the company and partially through sub-contracting, if required. Should be able to make business plans and have capabilities of executing the same involving design and engineering, if required. Should have communication skills to approach customers and consultants with such new products/ideas. Should have knowledge and skills to gather information on new projects as well for generating new leads. Should have the right attributes for hiring and building a capable team.
