Job Summary:- The Security Facility Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment across all premises by overseeing the security infrastructure and supporting facility operations. This role includes monitoring physical security, managing access controls, responding to incidents, and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and emergency teams. Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. Supervise and coordinate security guards and facility staff to ensure effective operations. Maintain and operate security systems including CCTV, access control, alarms, and surveillance tools. Conduct routine inspections and patrols to detect and prevent breaches, hazards, or damage. Handle security incidents, emergencies, or violations according to established protocols. Ensure all entry and exit points are properly secured and monitored. Maintain reports and records of incidents, maintenance needs, and daily activities. Support facility operations by coordinating with maintenance, housekeeping, and vendors. Assist in emergency preparedness and response plans (fire drills, evacuation plans, etc.). Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.

KRA – Area Officer (Security Agency – Vigours Group) 1. Client Management • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure service satisfaction. • Address and resolve client complaints or service issues promptly. • Ensure adherence to contractual terms at all assigned sites. 2. Site Operations Supervision • Conduct regular site visits to ensure guard performance, punctuality, and discipline. • Oversee deployment as per duty rosters and manage shift changes. • Identify and resolve on-ground operational issues. 3. Manpower Management • Assist in recruiting, training, and deploying security personnel as per site requirements. • Monitor attendance, grooming, and uniform standards. • Take proactive steps to reduce absenteeism and improve staff retention. 4. Compliance and Documentation • Ensure guards have valid ID cards, uniforms, and licenses. • Maintain proper documentation including duty rosters, attendance registers, and incident logs. • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company regulations. 5. Emergency & Incident Response • Act as the first responder to emergencies or security incidents at sites. • Investigate and report incidents with detailed findings. • Liaise with emergency services or local authorities when needed. 6. Billing and Payment Collection • Ensure timely preparation and submission of bills/invoices to clients. • Follow up regularly for payment collections and resolve billing-related queries. • Coordinate with accounts department to update payment status and escalate delays. 7. Reporting and Coordination • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Manager. • Communicate effectively between site teams, clients, and management. • Share feedback and suggestions for operational

Key Responsibilities: Patrolling & Surveillance Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of the premises. Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems. Identify and report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards. Access Control Manage entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and vehicles. Verify identity and issue visitor passes. Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas. Incident Response Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies such as fire, theft, or medical situations. Contact emergency services when required. Record all incidents accurately in the daily log or incident report. Customer Service Provide assistance and directions to visitors and employees. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily activity reports, incident reports, and attendance logs. Submit timely reports to the supervisor or designated authority. Compliance & Safety Follow all safety protocols, fire prevention procedures, and emergency evacuation plans. Ensure that rules and regulations are adhered to within the premises. Conduct routine checks on fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education: Graduation or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of security operations and safety practices. Physically fit and alert. Ability to read and write in English (as per client requirement). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Police verification and KYC documents mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices. Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using equipment and hand tools. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Provide cost and time estimates for electrical projects. Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code. Requirements: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent. Proven experience as an electrician. Valid electrician PWD license or certification (as required by local authorities). Deep knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and testing devices. Ability to read technical documents and drawings. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Manage a team of housekeeping supervisors, attendants, and custodial staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and work schedules. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; oversee procurement and proper usage. Coordinate maintenance and repair needs with maintenance/engineering teams. Manpower Deployment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Respond promptly to any client or guest complaints, service requests, and emergencies. Monitor and manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource usage. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, inspections, and operational challenges. Implement and oversee sustainability and waste management programs. Train staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of equipment and products. Requirements: Proven experience (5+ years) in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar facility (hospitality, healthcare, corporate, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and cleaning equipment. Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and facility management software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

He will have to take care of Field operations, manage all security sites in central line and harbor line. Recruitment of staff, Training of security staff, Client meeting, Site Audit and staff Audit. He must have bike for site visit, monthly petrol allowance will be given.
