All Visa Application Centres have access ramps for wheelchairs. Customers who have a disability or need accessibility requirements are encouraged to bring someone to assist them. Lifts are also accessible when necessary. Please note that our staff will be available to assist any customers with special needs.

The behaviour of the staff is outstanding and they also maintain hygiene. Have to park our vehicles in cellar as there is no place outside. I suggest you to come before 15 minutes of the appointment time for better experience.

Very helpful staff and security unlike many other VFS. Reached late as my son had his exams but they were very accommodative and that’s really worth appreciating. The lounge facility is amazing with a good spread of snack and drink. Overall a pleasant experience.

Worst conjusted no waiting place even in office not even out side office not even at the building . We have lakhs of sft commercial office place available at Hyderabad but these reputed F VFS don’t have place.

Staff are okay but not too supportive (they feel like they are semi govt tho) photocopy and print out prices are at least 2 times than normal prices outside so prepare all documents by hand and visit well prepared.

Very fast service- Excellent staff who are very helpful ,including the security guys!!!There is parking available for 4 wheelers as well in 2 levels - And ample space for 2 wheelers.
