Position: Veterinary Doctor / Surgeon

Location: Mumbai (Bhandup / Mulund area)

Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform sterilization surgeries (spay/neuter), wound care, and emergency procedures
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in street and shelter animals
• Conduct pre-op evaluations and post-op care
• Maintain medical and surgical records
• Collaborate with paraveterinary staff and dog-catching teams during ABC (Animal Birth Control) programs
• Participate in vaccination drives, rescue operations, and community outreach

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc. & A.H.)
• Valid registration with the Veterinary Council of India (VCI)
• Minimum 1 years of experience in veterinary IPD
• Experience in ABC programs and NGO setups preferred

• Strong surgical and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work in field and high-pressure environments
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
