Role & Responsibilities Strategic Sales Planning & Execution Developed and implemented comprehensive sales strategies and ensure execution to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets of WB & North Eastern States. Analyzed sales performance metrics and report to ensure alignment with business goals and optimize regional execution. Stakeholder Relationship Management Built and nurtured strong relationships across the value chain including channel partners, distributors, retailers, and end customers. Proactively identified and engaged potential clients, fostering long-term business associations through sustained relationship management. Market Development & Expansion Spearheaded regional growth initiatives in the Automotive Aftermarket sector, leveraging field insights and market research. Proven track record of fast track expansion of width and depth of distribution in Vacant & low market share geographies. Business Development & Deal Negotiation Led strategic, high-value negotiations with key clients to result Win Win situation , delivering mutually beneficial outcomes. Maintained a healthy sales pipeline and contribute significantly to market share expansion. Sales & Marketing Collaboration Collaboration with regional and corporate marketing teams for the execution of ATL/BTL campaigns, product launches, channel management and promotional strategies. Worked cross-functionally to conceptualize and implement impactful sales and marketing programs. Customer Engagement & Reporting Maintained accurate customer databases and sales records to facilitate performance tracking and strategic decision-making. Provided regular performance reports, marketing ROI analyses, and customer feedback summaries to senior leadership. Team Leadership & Channel Management 7 - 8 years of proven experience mentoring and leading high-performing sales teams. Expertise in managing both primary and secondary distribution channels to maximize reach and profitability. Skilled in identifying, appointing, and scaling distributor networks to drive deeper market penetration. Performance & Strategy Execution Consistently achieved topline and bottom-line targets under high-pressure fast changing and dynamic business environments. Conducted regular performance reviews using tools like scorecards and dashboards for both sales teams and trade partners. Drove trade partner motivation via BTL activities, schemes, and loyalty programs. Preferred Candidate Profile 15 - 20 years of progressive experience in Sales within the Automotive Aftermarket sector/B2C. Proven track record in managing large regional territories and driving consistent revenue and profit growth. Strong leadership credentials with a history of building team, mentoring, and leading high-performance teams. Deep understanding of channel dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior in the aftermarket space. Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills.
