Key Responsibilities: VC Coordinator 1. Coordinate and schedule video conferences with prospective students and educational institutions. 2. Assist in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues during virtual meetings. 3. Manage and maintain virtual meeting platforms, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants. 4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for video conferences. 5. Collect feedback and data to continuously improve the quality of virtual interactions. 6. Support the team in organizing and promoting virtual events and webinars. 7. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in video conferencing to enhance our services.
