Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience. With an annual salary of 3,50,000 , this full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in customer care. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including inbound and outbound calls. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: 0 to 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism. Familiarity with voice processes in both international and domestic BPO settings is a plus. Proficient in using computers and customer support software. Willingness to work in a rotating schedule and on-site in locations such as Noida, Thane, Mumbai City, or Bangalore.
