We are looking for a Cloud Operations Leader, as part of the Customer Success and support team to lead a team of Cloud Operations Engineer based in India on day-to-day operations, service level engagement and client engagement. Responsibilities Provide leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance Develop, implement and maintain processes to document day to day support activities/checklist, dashboard of work and communication of timelines and issues Lead the Cloud Operation Engineers in the team to respond and successfully close incidents through conduct problem determination, and work with various internal teams to resolve issues on a timely basis to meet SLA Develop/review scripts for running tasks automatically using different scripting languages Monitor/build/customize the dashboard using different monitoring tools Effectively manage emergent situations, and resolve or escalate incidents in accordance with an SLA Plan/participate in patching, mass upgrades and other planned maintenance activities for both infrastructure level (required) and application level (preferred) Provide lead for system administration duties for cloud-based server infrastructure Develop and implement performance tuning steps for application, system, and network configurations Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT cloud operations Ensure overall service stability and sustainability Experience and Expertise Need to have areas Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines or relevant work experience. We are looking for an Manager, Site Reliability Engineering as part of the Security and Operations Department. Duties and Responsibilities Take ownership of IT function of the company and manage all IT related activities for all offices and Data Centre and lead/manage team members across different locations. Work closely with other departments, oversee the implement IT Systems to support business requirements and operational needs, which also involves daily IT administrative and support activities as well as basic network configuration and maintenance. Take the ownership for ensuring operational readiness by monitoring status of critical infrastructure and services, and maintaining and implementing operational plans/procedures such as disaster recovery plans, backup plans, etc Provide technical expertise and contribute where applicable to establishing the direction for the IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches for the internal and external systems Evaluate and implement plans and design proposals for high impact IT solutions Assist the internal cross-functional teams to troubleshoot Linux/VMware/Windows server issues, and provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity Designing and implementing new network solutions and improving the efficiency of current networks Manage scheduled backup, offsite storage and restore request Manage Virtual Machine (VM) host including provisioning, cloning and creation of new VM Handle the user management in V-Key. Minimum of 8 years of working experience in IT operations/IT support/Systems Administration Deep working experience in Linux system (RHEL, Alma, Debian, Ubuntu, etc.) is a must. Experience in managing the infrastructure of Software Engineering related technology stack / applications (git, bitbucket, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Jfrog, docker, Kubernetes, nginx, etc. or their equivalents) is a must.
