UX Professor

As a UX Design Instructor, you will be responsible for facilitating classroom teaching in foundational subjects of User Experience (UX) Design. You will lead the academic delivery of UX Design programs at partner universities, including B.Design UX, M.Design UX, B.Tech. UX, and BCA UX. Your role will involve creating curriculum content, conducting workshops/masterclasses in UX Design, Design Thinking, Customer Experience, and Communication Design, and mentoring students to prepare them for internships and placements. In addition, you will be required to adhere to university norms for examinations, evaluations, and academic administration. Providing mentoring and personal guidance for assignments and live projects, supporting students offline through feedback and doubt resolution, maintaining class records and academic data, handling final student assessments and credit evaluations, and liaising with Academic Heads and Deans at partner universities are also key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate for this position should demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of the institution, be passionate about facilitating learning and guiding students, practice honesty and ethics in all professional interactions, and possess effective communication skills. You must have completed a Master's degree (M.Des. required) and be able to work full-time in person on a day shift schedule. Your expected start date is 28/07/2025.
