Responsibilities: Define and evolve the overall test strategy, test automation framework, and architecture. Design end-to-end test solutions for functional, performance, security, and regression testing. Evaluate and recommend tools for test automation, performance, CI/CD integration, and test management. Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to align testing with software delivery. Lead the creation and maintenance of reusable, scalable test scripts and frameworks. Mentor QA engineers on test design, automation, and quality best practices. Perform code reviews of test scripts and ensure adherence to quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the QA process and toolchains. Qualifications: achelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch. Strong expertise in automation tools. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Deep understanding of QA methodologies (Agile, DevOps, Shift-Left testing). Experience in API testing, mobile testing, performance testing, and security testing.
