Job Description

Senior QA Engineer

Location: Noida

5 days WFO

Shift: 1pm to 10pm

Notice: Immediate to max 1month

Senior QA Engineer

Required Skills

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Role and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
