Urgent Required Paint shop Quality Engineer in MNC for Chakan Pune location.
Required Qualification: B.E. / DME / Diploma in paint Tech. with DME
Required Experience: 3 Yrs. to 6 Yrs.
1) Final Inspection of painted parts & attend the 3rd party inspection call.
2) In-process Inspection & involvement of trial for development of parts with production Team, if required.
3) Maintain the records of PDI, Final insp. of parts, in-process insp. , calibrations & related to inspection activity.
4) Attend the Customer complaint related to painting defects & action on it.
5) Monitoring the painted parts packing activity & ensure the parts identification as well as packing of parts as per requirement.
6) Ensure Final inspection on time as well as rework of parts & Handle the inspection, also packing manpower team.
7) Attend the audit / visit, if required & maintain discipline, 5S on shop floor.
