Responsibilities Design Strategy & User Experience Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and product goals. Translate ideas into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Lead UX discovery processes including user flows, journey maps, and research synthesis. UI Design & Visual Craft Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems in Figma . Embrace feedback with a growth mindset and continuously evolve the product experience. Requirements 5–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio. Expert in Figma — design systems, components, auto-layout, prototyping. Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms. Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility. Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, layout, and color. Nice to Have Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to think strategically while executing with detail and precision. Nice to Have Familiarity with design tools like FigJam, Adobe Suite, or ProtoPie. Experience in motion design or micro-interactions. Exposure to user research and usability testing methods.
