Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models including 3-statement forecasts, DCF valuations, scenario and sensitivity analyses, cash flow waterfalls, and capital structures. • Model and analyze debt portfolios, including repayment structures, cohort performance, interest schedules, and cash flow forecasting at both portfolio and business unit levels. • Support capital raising activities (equity, venture debt, senior facilities) including term sheet review, data room preparation, and financial due diligence. • Collaborate with internal teams on business planning, KPIs, unit economics, and strategic forecasting. • Assist in evaluating and structuring M&A opportunities, partnerships, and new market entries. • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making, including competitive benchmarking and return analyses. • Develop tools to improve financial visibility across the group and ensure investment-grade outputs. • Prepare investment memoranda, board packs, and investor presentations for equity and debt raises.
