UI/UX Designer(Figma)

As a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team. With a minimum of 4 years of experience, you should possess a strong passion for creating intuitive, user-centered experiences. Your proven track record should demonstrate the successful delivery of high-quality digital products. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in designing user-friendly interfaces that not only address real user problems but also align with our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer problems, needs, and "jobs to be done." Working closely with product and engineering teams, you will assess feasibility and prioritize requirements. You will be responsible for designing the UI and ensuring the development of consistent, high-quality solutions. Your role will involve shaping the product, collaborating with various teams to design, validate, and implement our solutions. Designing prototypes for ideation and gathering user feedback, as well as leading usability tests, will also be part of your day-to-day tasks. Your communication skills should be excellent, enabling you to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions. Effective coordination with product managers, developers, and QA personnel will be crucial to your success in this role. In terms of technical skills, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in core UI/UX design. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Sketch, and Photoshop is essential. While relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred, knowledge of basic HTML/CSS is considered a plus.,
