UI/UX Designer Trainee

Job Title: UI/UX Designer Trainee
Location: Kinfra IT Park, Calicut, Kerala

Webeaz Technologies Pvt Ltd. is a leading Digital Transformation company headquartered in Bangalore, with branch offices in Calicut and Dubai. We specialize in Digital Marketing, Website and Mobile App Development, and ERP Software Services. We are looking for a motivated and creative UI/UX Designer Trainee to join our team at our Calicut branch located in Kinfra IT Park.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:

o Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

o Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.

o Support in improving user experience through research, feedback, and design iteration.

2. Graphic Design:

o Design visual assets such as icons, banners, and layouts using Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

o Maintain consistency in visual language and branding across digital platforms.

3. Team Collaboration:

o Coordinate with senior designers, developers, and marketing teams to understand project needs.

o Participate in brainstorming and design review sessions.

4. Continuous Learning:

o Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.

o Apply feedback constructively to improve design quality.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Good sense of aesthetics, color, typography, and layout.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Must have completed a certified UI/UX Design course (from a reputed institute or online platform).
• A portfolio or sample project demonstrating UI/UX design skills is a plus.
• Recently completed graduation in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or any related field is preferred.

Job Type: Internship / Trainee (Full-time)
Stipend: ₹5,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month (based on skills and performance)
