UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering intuitive and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers to transform goals into compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct user research, user interviews and usability testing

*Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

*Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines

* Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

*Create and maintain design systems and style guides

*Identify and trouble shoot UX problems

* Iterate on feedback to continuously improve the user experience

*Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requires skills and qualifications:

*Bachelors degree in Design or related field

*2 years experience

*Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision

*Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI design skills

*Understanding of responsive design, accesessibility, and usability principles

*Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
