Job Description Digiwagon Technologies seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable, and user-centric web application experiences. Your responsibility will span the entire product design lifecycle—from ideation and wireframing to high-fidelity mock-ups and system-wide consistency through design systems. Requirements Key Responsibilities: User Interface & Experience Design: Design visually compelling and highly functional user interfaces for engineering-focused web applications. Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design intent. Optimize navigation, layout, and overall user journey to drive user engagement and task efficiency. Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback to ensure continuous UX improvements. Maintain a consistent visual language across typography, iconography, color systems, and layouts. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with product goals. Design System Ownership: Take full ownership of Digiwagon’s design system to drive consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and scalable design guidelines for efficient product development. Create and maintain clear, accessible documentation to ensure alignment across teams and departments. Promote a design-first mindset within the organization by championing design systems and best practices. Tools & Collaboration Platforms: Design & Documentation Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator Familiarity with agile tools and workflows is highly preferred. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work. Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
