You will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and support business growth. In addition to email, you'll contribute to our broader digital content efforts across social media and owned platforms to ensure consistent and compelling brand communication. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement full-funnel marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on email marketing(domestic and international), including automation, segmentation, and analytics. Own and manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end: campaign planning, copywriting, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Collaborate closely with design and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Maintain and update content calendars, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital marketing assets. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, offering actionable insights to optimize strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in email marketing and digital content. Requirements: Proven 3-5yrs experience in content management and digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or B2C. In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Klaviyo, or HubSpot. Strong expertise in email segmentation, deliverability, and campaign performance metrics. Proficient in managing social media accounts and using content planning tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Notion. Excellent writing, editing skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency. Familiarity with SEO principles, paid campaigns, and performance marketing metrics is a plus.
