Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Visa Filing Officer to manage and process visa applications for clients seeking tourist and study visas. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with embassy guidelines, visa requirements, and the end-to-end documentation process for countries like Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and Schengen nations. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with complete visa documentation for tourist and study visas. Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with immigration rules. Fill and submit online and offline visa application forms accurately. Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa centers to track application status and ensure timely submissions. Advise clients on required documentation, timelines, and potential outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and visa procedures. Schedule and prepare clients for biometrics, interviews, and other formalities as needed. Coordinate with counselors, admission teams, and travel desk to align visa requirements with client needs. Maintain and update visa filing records, spreadsheets, and databases. Provide excellent customer service and regular updates to clients regarding their application status. Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in filing visas for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Schengen nations. Experience in handling SOPs, GTE requirements, or DS-160 forms for respective visa types.
