Job Description

Driving and Operation:Operating trucks safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company policies.
Loading and Unloading:Handling the physical loading and unloading of cargo, sometimes using specialized equipment.
Route Planning and Navigation:Planning efficient routes, using maps or GPS, and navigating to delivery locations.
Vehicle Maintenance:Performing regular vehicle inspections, reporting any issues, and ensuring the truck is in good working order.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
Communication:Communicating with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
Customer Service:Providing a professional and courteous experience for customers during deliveries.
