Trinity is looking for Seasoned Sales / BD Manager with proven experience in areas of Sales & Client Management, Talent Acquisition and Key Account Management to grow incremental and new sales for the business. He / She will be part of a Dynamic Team to be based in India to cover any of the following regions (PAN INDIA). Role Responsibility : Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective Clients (Existing + New).Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition for Lateral Hiring, Project Hiring, Head Hunting, RPO, Staffing, Leadership Hiring.Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement.Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments. Exercise discretion and independent judgment by developing, engaging and maintaining a short and long-term forecast and an action plan to achieve them. Role Requirement : Min 8-12 years of Business Development / Sales experience within Technology and Corporate sales or Services/Solutions Selling and/or Account Management.Confident and self-starter with experience in recruitment, staffing services and work under pressure with zeal towards closing any kind of new accounts in no timeHigh degree of drive, self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills etc.Open for Travel within PAN India, APAC, Middle-East.
