Annual Training calendar & Budget Preparation
Monthly Training Calendar Preparation & Execution for Bangalore Branch
Training MIS, Metrics, Plan Vs Actuals updation Employees Behavioural Trainings, TNI, TNA, Training Effectiveness Initiating New L&D Programs, Training employees Coordinating Leadership Outbound training session Competency Mapping Coordinating and supporting end-to-end process of internal & external training programs.
Audit Handling related to trainings Preparing training plan, skill matrix, competency matrix & TNI for operators & staffs.
Conducting training session and evaluating the effectiveness of training. Upgrading skill level of the employees by evaluating their skill.
Maintaining the Training Record for all Employees.
Attending internal & external audits and closing the NC points.
Produce training content and learning plan as per the HODs suggestion. Coordinating with the mangers and HOD is to ensure smooth flow of Training activities.
Responsible for Induction & Orientation of the new employee Skill updation - Monthly Conducting induction (DOJO) program for new employees.
Employee Satisfaction Analysis. I.e. Survey workings Training MIS, Metrics, Plan Vs Actuals updation, MRM & MGM ppts Employees Behavioural Trainings, TNI, TNA, Training Effectiveness To make sure every employee in the company will be trained and skilful.
Taking care of 5s and safety activities of the plant /employees with safety officer co ordination.
Preparing Skill Matrix Workers & Staff. Direct all training procedures for new employees. Training needs analysis with the help of feedback system from the concerned department. Organizing, planning, scheduling and coordinating the Training.
Responsible for Providing Training to supervisors, shift in charges, New Joiner and Operators. Customizing courses as per requirement. Fullfilling of statutory requirment as per the customer instruction. Conducting of employee survey and share details on or before 3rd of every month .
Completion of all joining formalities of off role employees on time and issuing of OJT forms. Arranging of Induction training session for new joiners .
Co - ordinating with production team to deploy new employees in right place with proper training Proper maintenance of all shop floor employees skill matrix with the help of documentation people .
Educating all new employees like - projects ,technical knowledge,process with coordination of production people . Shop floor visit on daily basis.
