Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers and sellers, conducting property viewings, and managing property listings. Duties include providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining detailed sales records. The role also involves training team members on sales techniques and strategies. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to train and mentor team members Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the real-estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
