- Looking for Mid-level Merchandiser with Home Textile experience preferably from an Export House - Minimum 5-8 years of experience required - Experience in sample development and production process (yarn dyeing, power loom and autoloom weaving of fabrics, stitching, embroidery, beadwork, printing etc) - Will assist Head Client Services in planning and controlling sample and production at their own and vendor locations. - Good techno-commercial understanding to enable monitoring timely completion of production with relevant costing. - Evaluating Testing and packaging requirements for all orders, ensuring compliance with buyers protocols. - Time and quality management is a must - Must have dealt with the Production centre at a distance and direct dealings with overseas buyers and buying agencies - Must be willing to travel within India Qualifications Textile education is a must Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to team goals Knowledge of international markets, pricing, and sourcing Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
