Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineer / Executive Dispatch with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, maintaining dispatch records, and efficiently utilizing SAP for all logistics-related documentation. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute dispatch schedules based on production and customer requirements. Coordinate with logistics partners, internal departments, and customers for timely dispatch. Monitor and track the movement of goods until final delivery. Maintain accurate dispatch records, including invoices, gate passes, and delivery notes. Ensure compliance with statutory and internal dispatch documentation. Use SAP to process dispatch orders, update logistics data, and generate reports. Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or mis-shipments promptly. Maintain inventory control and update stock levels accurately. Support continuous improvement in dispatch and logistics operations. Key Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 3 to 4 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations. Mandatory working knowledge of SAP (MM/SD module preferred). Strong understanding of supply chain and dispatch procedures. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Skills: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and logistics software. Basic understanding of transportation and freight operations.

Role & responsibilities Marketing Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns for brand promotions, product launches, and lead generation. Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor strategies. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid ads, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversion rates, ROI). Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment with business goals. Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design visually appealing social media graphics, ads, banners, brochures, and marketing materials. Create motion graphics, GIFs, and video content for digital marketing campaigns. Develop landing page designs and promotional assets for websites. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Work with copywriters and marketers to enhance content with creative visuals. Skills & Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing strategies, paid advertising, and social media marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva. Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus). Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication and project management abilities.
