Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Present our range of high-quality diamonds to clients, highlighting their unique features, value, and competitive advantages. Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and product launches. Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company. Requirements: Proven track record of success in B2C & B2B sales, preferably in the jewellery industry. In-depth knowledge of diamonds, including grading, sourcing, and industry standards. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently and convincingly. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Requirement - Experience/ Fresher Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advance Excel, Google Sheets, Analyze large data sets to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics. Automate and optimize reporting processes using Excel formulas, pivot tables. Assist different departments by providing data-driven insights and reports. Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure report accuracy. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
