Job Description

As part of our Financial Services Workday team, you will be joining a dynamic group of advisory professionals dedicated to delivering more than just technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing Workday HCM solutions for Financial Services organizations, enabling them to access crucial information for making informed business decisions. You will actively contribute to client-facing HCM transformation projects, assisting in streamlining processes and managing project engagements efficiently. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement. Your tasks will involve designing, building, and deploying Workday offerings, assets, and accelerators tailored to the Financial Services Industry, ensuring exceptional client experiences and outcomes. Additionally, you will engage in Business Development activities, showcasing excellent communication and consultative skills while maintaining a strong commitment to achieving high client satisfaction levels. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with the option to substitute years of experience for a formal degree. You should have a solid background in delivering Workday HCM solutions and a proven track record of involvement in multiple successful Workday HCM implementations within Financial Services. Holding a current Workday Product Certification for Human Capital Management is essential, along with a keen sense of curiosity and a willingness to expand your knowledge base in Workday and Financial Services industry requirements. The role may require up to 25% travel, primarily focusing on working from a Guidehouse office, with the possibility of on-site support for key project milestones. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum or Chennai for this position. Desirable qualifications include additional Workday certifications in areas such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Integrations, or Workday Reporting, as well as certifications in Human Capital Management like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CPP, CEBS, or equivalent. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and strong written and oral communication skills are also advantageous. Candidates with experience in complex multi-phase implementations will be preferred.
