Ticketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities : Ticketing Executive: Must know GDS System & Galileo . Should manage bookings and Air ticketing and Train Reservations . Reservation, Ticket Issuance, Creation of PNR, Re-issuance, Cancellation, Refunds & Checking Queue on CRS. Working out on itineraries. Desired Candidate Profile The Candidate should be able to read fare rules & penalty Worked on CRS ( Galileo ) as well as Issuance of LCC A candidate who has handled independently International / Domestic Air Ticketing. Candidates who have done IATA/ Diploma in Travel Tourism Course etc. Rotational Shift Good Call & E-mail etiquettes. Minimum 1- 2 Years of Experience. Responsibilities: * Manage international ticket bookings using Galileo system * Provide exceptional customer service throughout process * Ensure accurate pricing and availability information Job Responsibilities: Process airline bookings accurately and efficiently using GDS platforms (Galileo). Issue and reissue airline tickets , handle cancellations, and process refunds in compliance with airline policies. Provide accurate, up-to-date information to clients regarding flight schedules, fare rules, and travel requirements. Assist customers with booking inquiries and resolve ticketing issues quickly and professionally. Maintain precise records of all ticketing transactions and related documentation. Stay informed on the latest airline fare structures, ticketing procedures, and travel advisories. Assist in handling customer complaints and queries related to air travel and ticketing. Collaborate with the tours and operations team to ensure seamless travel arrangements. Experience & Skills: Graduate. Diploma, degree in travel & tourism would be added advantage 3-4 relevant experience in travel domain Build excellent relationship with customer groups, peers and seniors Should be a team player and manage show alone if required GDS experience is mandatory Galileo & Amadeus.
