Role & responsibilities - BTL Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute on-ground marketing strategies, including local activations, health camps, and community engagement programs. Build relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), housing societies, corporates for wellness programs, and local businesses to enhance outreach. Organize events, sponsorships, and partnerships with community groups for brand visibility. Manage promotional activities such as leaflet distribution, door-to-door awareness drives, and clinic outreach programs. ATL Marketing Activities: Collaborate with creative agencies to produce compelling brand messaging, advertisements, and digital assets. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum patient acquisition and brand recall. Local Relations & Brand Building: Develop strong networking channels with RWAs, local authorities, and healthcare service providers. Maintain community trust and engagement by leading awareness campaigns and strategic partnerships. Performance & Budget Management: Track marketing ROI, patient conversion rates, and lead generation effectiveness. Optimize marketing spend while ensuring high-impact promotions. Preferred candidate profile - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management. Strong understanding of BTL & ATL marketing strategies, especially in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for community outreach. Experience in event management, media buying, and brand positioning. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns efficiently. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Role & responsibilities Consultative Sales: Acquisition of the new clients as per the business plan. Engage with potential clients to assess their needs, provide information about care services, and recommend appropriate solutions, tailoring offerings to meet individual requirements. Lead Generation and closure of business: Identify and follow up on prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to build a pipeline of qualified leads. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular follow-up and addressing any concerns to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all care services offered, including features, benefits, compliance standards, and industry trends to effectively inform and assist clients. Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document client interactions, maintain records of inquiries, and track sales activities in the CRM system to ensure efficient workflow and transitions to care coordination teams. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., care coordination, billing, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience and address specific client needs. Preferred candidate profile 4-6 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant role within the healthcare or care services industry. Strong understanding of care services and knowledge of the challenges faced by clients and families. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
