Ø Requirements: - Proven track record in medical device sales (corporate & private hospitals). - Strong network of key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region. - Ability to work independently, manage key accounts, and drive sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Fluent in English & local language, strong analytical & computer skills. Help them identify their core competencies and also provide career guidance aligning with their core competencies and interests. Handle Telephonic queries and document the details. Converting inquiries into admissions. Answer questions about our products or the company Update customer records in the company database as required Create sales pipelines and convert the leads to meet and exceed targets. Assist students in setting academic goals, selecting courses, and exploring career options. Inspecting clients' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process. Evaluate clients' educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals. Providing immediate support and intervention during crises, ensuring the safety and well-being of students Help students with job placements by contacting different industries, hospitals etc. and assessing vacancies. Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned. Skills Required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge about industry requirements, gaps, career opportunities and training needs Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to build rapport with students, industries, hospitals, faculty and management and create a professional relationship initiative, and passion.
