The Front Office Assistant plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling their inquiries, and ensuring efficient operations at the hotel's front desk. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly. Reservation Management: Assist guests with making, modifying, and canceling room reservations. Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' special requests are fulfilled. Front Desk Operations: Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and timely manner. Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and other forms of payment. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying. Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates and revenue summaries. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow. Safety and Security: Follow hotel procedures for ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings. Handle emergency situations calmly and according to established protocols. Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid time off Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
