The Front Office Associate is responsible for providing exceptional guest service at the reception desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the front office's overall operational efficiency and professional appearance. Key Responsibilities: Guest Handling: Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude. Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously. Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Reservation & Registration: Manage room reservations (walk-ins, online, or via phone). Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system accordingly. Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness. Relay messages and information accurately between departments and to guests. Cashiering & Billing: Handle cash and card transactions, generate invoices, and maintain billing records. Ensure proper accounting and cash handling procedures. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety and security procedures. Ensure guest data is handled confidentially and per hotel policies. Administrative Support: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk. Prepare daily reports and assist in shift handovers. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Paid time off Schedule: Rotational shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
