Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement a creative and engaging curriculum that meets early childhood learning goals. Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning. Use storytelling, rhymes, play-based and activity-based methods to teach foundational concepts (alphabets, numbers, colors, shapes, etc.). Observe and assess each child's progress and share feedback with parents regularly. Encourage curiosity, imagination, and independence in children. Maintain discipline and ensure a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff to support each child's overall development. Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings. Ensure the health, hygiene, and safety of all children at all times. Maintain records, including attendance, performance, and behavior notes.

Conduct student assessments, maintain attendance records, and track learning progress. Provide career guidance, support in assignments, and hands-on projects. Manage and maintain the computer lab equipment and ensure proper usage. Stay updated with current trends in computer education and upgrade curriculum accordingly. Support centre activities such as workshops, awareness sessions, or community engagement events.
