About the Role We’re hiring our marketing lead — someone who wants to build, own, and grow the marketing function from scratch. You’ll work closely with the founder to craft strategy, run campaigns, and shape TCC’s brand in the student ecosystem. Think of this as a builder’s role — high ownership, high upside. What You'll Do Strategy : Co-create TCC’s marketing roadmap across content, digital, events, and partnerships. Execution : Run full-funnel campaigns on social media— reels, collabs, ads. Content : Write for students, parents, and partners — social posts, blogs, emails. Experiments : Test growth hacks — events, workshops, ambassador programs. Analytics : Track results and iterate to improve reach, engagement & conversion. Branding : Shape TCC’s voice, positioning, and trust in the student market.
