Job Description: Role Overview: This role combines key functions in EXIM banking, compliance, financial reporting, audit handling, and MIS preparation within a trading and services environment. The candidate should be independently capable of handling international trade documentation, financial evaluations for banking, and SAP-based operations while supporting the organization in statutory compliance and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities: EXIM & Trade Finance Management End-to-end handling of import/export banking documentation and remittances (EDPMS/IDPMS, FIRC, Softex, BRC, etc.). Management of Letters of Credit (LCs) issuance, amendments, discounting, negotiation, settlement for both imports and exports. Follow up for outstanding for Exports with respective team by providing report. Evaluate cost structures, interest implications, and funding options across banks. Banking Operations Daily fund management and coordination for receipts, payments, forex remittances, bank reconciliations, and treasury activities. Preparation of CMA data, credit proposals, and communication with banks for working capital and term loan renewals. Coordination with banks for Buyers Credit, PCFC, BG, CC/OD limits, and trade finance facilities. Monitor bank charges, bank interest and suggest cost optimization. Compliance & Statutory Filings Ensure timely filing and payment of GST, TDS, PT, Advance Tax, and compliance with RBI/FEMA norms in international transactions. Ensure internal controls in place, processes are documented and followed. Supervise statutory, tax, and internal audits for timely completion with no adverse remarks, thru providing complete documentation and reconciliations. Job Description: Job Purpose: To ensure consistent quality of fabrics from the sampling stage through to bulk production and delivery, by implementing inspection protocols, quality control measures, compliance checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with internal teams and external suppliers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sampling Quality Management Inspect fabric samples to ensure adherence to customer specifications (e.g., GSM, feel, fastness, shrinkage). Coordinate with the sampling and sales teams to ensure timely rectification of issues before dispatch. Collect and manage customer feedback, approvals, and documentation related to samples. 2. Bulk Production Quality Control Monitor bulk fabric production to ensure quality consistency with approved samples. Conduct in-process checks and collaborate with production to implement corrective measures. Ensure final bulk production meets customer-defined quality parameters before shipment. 3. Inspection and Testing Carry out detailed inspections at various production stages using testing tools and protocols. Ensure parameters such as light/wash/rub fastness, pilling, shrinkage, and dimensional stability are met. Maintain accurate inspection reports and escalate non-conformance for timely resolution. 4. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all outputs comply with relevant customer, legal, and industry standards. Maintain audit-ready records of inspections, tests, approvals, and corrective actions. Prepare reports and documentation for customer communication and compliance audits. 5. Continuous Improvement Analyze quality trends and suggest process improvements to reduce defect rates. Participate in root cause analysis and preventive action implementation. Promote a proactive quality culture within internal and external stakeholders.
