Test Engineer, AI/ML

As a part of the team at ValGenesis, you will collaborate with Business Analysts/Product Owners, Developers, SDETs, and others in the development of enterprise software applications. Your responsibilities will include understanding business requirements, participating in the complete development life cycle, designing and implementing test strategies, test plans, test cases, test automation, and execution. You will focus on validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of AI/ML models, evaluating various aspects such as accuracy, bias, robustness, and safety. Additionally, you will track model performance, identify issues, and provide regular reports on quality and reliability. Crafting and refining the prompts or instructions to guide the development of Generative AI models will also be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should have 2 to 6 years of experience in enterprise software product development lifecycle/phases, along with a solid blend of software testing expertise and a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks. Proficiency in Generative AI model algorithms, training, deployment processes, evaluating model performance metrics, and assessing models for bias, fairness, and ethical concerns are essential requirements. Experience in Python programming and tools like OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, DialogFlow, and integrating testing processes into CI/CD pipelines will be advantageous.
